SCHKTZ tests STZRZF.

The matrix types to be used for testing. Matrices of type j
(for 1 <= j <= NTYPES) are used for testing if DOTYPE(j) =
.TRUE.; if DOTYPE(j) = .FALSE., then type j is not used. |
